I started working at Tribe Consulting in November 2017 as an Intern and after 6 months got hired as a Junior Network Engineer. When I joined I was a beginner and only had basic knowledge about my field. I have learned a lot in the Company from my seniors and the Internship also helped me in my Networking Courses.
After completing 6 months of probation, I get promoted as Network Support Engineer and was the first one to get confirmed after completing an Internship at Tribe.

My name is Turab Naqvi, working in Tribe Consulting since May 2018. I started as an intern but soon after the completion of my internship, Tribe’s Management trusted me and hired me as a full-time employee.
I have gotten promoted thrice in my 2-year tenure and currently am working as a Senior Document Processor and Designer. I am also expanding my knowledge of CRM Integration. I feel very proud to be a part of Tribe Consulting. My career graph has gone upwards with the growth of the company.

I joined Tribe as an intern when I was in my last year of BS Computer Science back in January 2019. After six months, I got hired as a Document Processor and was also doing QA for the client.
I was always passionate about programming and Tribe was the place where I began my career in it. I completed my last semester and final year project working full time at Tribe. The management was very considerate and accommodated my shift according to my classes. They also allowed me to take days off for my exams.
I got a promotion in the same year, and now I am working as a Software Developer.
I have always believed in expanding my skillset and becoming a better version of myself. My life motto is:
“Look in the mirror, that’s your competition“.
I joined the Tribe family in December 2016. Working as a full-time employee wasn’t an option for me as I am a student of Biomedical Engineering, so I started off as a Part-Timer. Tribe had a special opportunity for students which made a huge difference for me and I found a work opportunity that suited me.
It has been a rewarding experience, as I was able to earn as well as continue my studies. The workplace has been inviting since the beginning.
As for the Management, they always find a way to get things done and done well!
I have been working at Tribe Consulting since 2017. It’s been a beautiful journey with amazing management and a comfortable environment. When I joined Tribe Consulting I was a student at the Institute of Business Management (IoBM) and was studying Business Administration. Over these past few years, I can proudly say that I became independent enough to pay for my tuition fee and was able to afford all other expenses on my own. Tribe helped me out throughout as bearing the fees of a private university wasn’t easy. I would like to add that I was able to manage my work with studies because I was assigned a 5-hour shift and there was no extra workload for us students. I got a lot of experience in these years, and after successfully completing my Bachelor’s in Human Resource Management I have continued my Masters as well and I love helping the HR team with processes. My success and experience wouldn’t have been possible without Tribe Consulting.
Tribe is always on the top when it comes to my success story. I am really thankful to the Management for providing such a comfortable environment to work in and making us feel like home.

I started working at Tribe Consulting Pvt. Ltd. when I was in my 3rd semester at IoBM. Like every other student, it wasn’t easy for me but the management of Tribe Consulting played a crucial role in making things easy for me. From providing flexible working hours to providing days off during exams. TC has always made me feel that I opted for the best option. It has been 4 years in the company as a Part-Timer now and I have been earning well. I am gaining the professional experience I need, as well as learning other things I don’t get to learn in my University. I get to deal with the real problems of real people.
I certainly believe one should focus and do well at their job, and not pay heed to the things people might have to say. Anything is possible if you work hard!

I became part of Tribe Consulting back in 2016. I was hired as A.M Human Resource and got to work alongside very talented and professional individuals. The best part was how the management trusted my capabilities & provided an environment that was ripe with opportunities.
Soon after, I was offered something outside my comfort zone, which was managing a project and running a team. It was challenging but with the support of my seniors, I was able to learn and grow in the field of sales & marketing, client success, and team management.
When I had to move countries due to personal reasons, Tribe did not abandon or forget about me. They accommodated my request to work remotely and I have been working as an offshore employee in the capacity of Client Success Coordinator, for the past one and a half years.

3 years ago I was hired as a Customer Support Executive at Tribe Consulting. Within a year I got promoted to the position of Team Lead (Operations). It truly has been an outstanding experience for me, resulting in the ultimate growth and learning.

Raza Ali Karwani
I’ve been a part of Tribe since February 2018. I was hired as a CSE, & after 8 months was promoted as a Hybrid POC working for 2 different campaigns. I worked hard and within no time in November 2019, I got promoted as a Team Lead. My main responsibility as a TL was to lead my team towards success and achieve the defined milestones. During that period, I learned a lot and my seniors always supported me. Especially Mateen Moghul, who encouraged me in acquiring new skills every day, so that I can excel not only professionally but also personally. Saqib Ilyas taught me a lot of things and believed in my capabilities. Lastly, Jonathan Parker who supported me like a brother.
In August 2020 I was promoted as Supervisor Inbound Operations. So far my journey with Tribe has been tremendous and I enjoy working in Tribe every day. One thing I’ve learned is that Tribe promises and delivers growth if you are committed.
